This isn’t a place that locks team members in a closet or sees your code as your only contribution. It’s OK to be an overachiever – to grow your role. Starting point: Tell us how you do at learning new things, prioritizing tasks, estimating difficulty, helping others, and at presenting your ideas in writing or in person. Then tell us what things you haven’t done yet that you’re sure you can handle. Dare to think big – when our people grow, we grow.
